Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an organization or using Marketing Flywheel CRM (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
2. Accounts & tenancy
You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding access. Data is scoped to your organization; you may invite teammates and assign roles.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan from the in-app billing portal; changes take effect per the portal's proration rules. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with applicable telephony and messaging law (including consent and opt-out requirements) when using calling, SMS, and outreach features, and not to misuse the Service to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
